At the January 17, 2011 Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) meeting, Anthony Buonicore and I delivered a panel presentation on the ASTM Building Energy Performance Assessment (BEPA) Standard E2797. Anthony provided an update on the recently passed ASTM BEPA standard and its expected marketplace applications and I shared a case study highlighting emerging best practices in building energy perfromance assessment in the due diligence context as well as the value received by key stakeholders.
